Danbee Dot Design

How many times have you scrapped and redone your website?

You’re so ready for a clean website that brings leads and makes sales

You’ve wasted the last two hours trying to change something on your website.

Something that should be easy to fix but isn’t.

It’s way past your bedtime and now you’re going from anxious to furious because you’ve made zero progress on your business tonight.

Unless you want to sleep half of tomorrow away, you’ve got to walk away from your computer. Right now. You’re out of time.

No more hours left today.

You’re a one‑person business. How much more time can you afford to waste?

Let’s make this easy

  • You do not need elaborate systems or sales funnels to run a profitable business.
  • You just need a few key elements in place.

I can help you identify, prioritize, and set up those key elements.

And when you work with me…

You stop wasting time on your website

No more aimlessly poking around, trying to figure things out on the fly, or undoing mistakes.

Or even worse — deleting everything and starting from scratch.

No more of that.

You spend more time with clients

You started your business to help people live healthier, happier lives.

You know that’s what you should be focusing on.

Also, let’s get real: that’s what brings you money.

You stop asking, “what if I break something?”

I’m only an email or a call away.

No need to feel embarrassed. This is a judgment-free zone!

If you have a question or a problem, I can guarantee someone else has gone through the same experience before you.

You can relax, knowing your tech just works

When someone sends you a message from your website, it lands in your inbox.

When they sign up for your freebie, they get access right away and receive your welcome emails.

Things just work. (Imagine that!)

FAQ

Which platform will you use to build my website?

Squarespace.

Building a beautiful, mobile‑friendly, SEO‑optimized website that’s protected against hackers is much quicker and easier for me on Squarespace than on any other platform.

At the end of the day, this means I can charge you less.

Squarespace was designed with the do‑it‑yourself user in mind, making it easy for you to update your website on your own. I promise, it’ll feel effortless once I show you how.

Are there any other costs than the investments listed?

For your website, you’ll need to invest in the Business plan from Squarespace. It’s $18 per month billed annually, or $26 month to month. This will be an ongoing expense for as long as the website is live.

You’ll also need a domain. If you purchase your domain via Squarespace, it’s free for your first year. There’s a fixed fee each following year, between $20 and $50 depending on your domain (you’ll see the price before you commit). I get my domains from Hover, and I’d recommend comparing at least these two providers.

How do I measure the return on my website investment?

If your business foundation is solid (i.e. your message is strong, your niche is clear, and your packages are great) your new website will help you grow your email list, book more consultation calls, and sign more paying clients.

Make it a game: challenge yourself to make back the money within a month!

Who owns the content on my new website?

When I transfer ownership of your website to you, I also give you the rights to the intellectual property. You own everything.

This is clearly stated in the contract we sign before we start the project.

How soon can we get started?

My calendar is open for November 2019 and I’m excited to hear from you!

Book a call so we can talk about your business!

When is payment due?

I break down the total bill into three parts so it’s fair for both of us.

Part one

30% is required to confirm a booking — that means writing you into my calendar (the digital one and the one on the wall), and making sure I’m available to give you my full attention.

Part two

The next 35% is due on the day I begin design work.

Part three

The final 35% is due on the day we launch your website.

Are payments refundable?

Payments are not refundable.

I’m sorry (I love a good money-back guarantee, myself) but there are good reasons for this.

The first payment ensures that time is dedicated to your project in advance. I work with only one client at a time so I can give them my full attention. Once we book you into my calendar, I’m closing doors on everyone else for that period.

The second payment ensures I’ll be paid (at least partially) for design work.

After the third payment, you’ll have all final files and ownership of your website. Because these are digital products that I can’t take back from you, I can’t issue a refund.

If at any point while working together you aren’t completely happy or comfortable, please let me know. I know this could be a difficult conversation, but promise it’ll be worth it. I’m confident we’ll be able to come up with a solution that works for both of us.

What happens if I decide to cancel the project?

If you’re unable to continue with the project and need to cancel, we’ll talk it through and make sure we find a fair solution.

For example, if you’ve made the second payment but not yet the third, we might agree that you get access to any completed work that’s part of the brand kit (e.g. logo, brand colors, brand fonts) but not the website.

Do you offer ongoing support after the project is over?

Absolutely. I’d love to continue working with you!

Let’s discuss what I can help with — you could be a great fit for my tech support membership.

Where are you based?

I live in Singapore, an island city‑state in Southeast Asia.

This puts me in the same time zone as Hong Kong and Perth, and 1 hour behind Seoul (where I was born).

With no daylight saving, that’s 2.5 hours ahead of Colombo (where I grew up), 7 hours ahead of Lucerne (where my boyfriend was born), and 13 hours ahead of New York (one of our favorite cities to visit).
